The adidas Anthony Edwards 2 “Lucid Pink” is a little different than expected

Early leaked images showed this shoe with brown anchoring at the toe and heel, almost halfway between the final launch pair in the AE2 “With Love” and the one pictured here in the official images. At the risk of being reductive, where the release colorway breaks our expectations, there’s a lot more pink, completely draping the model’s mesh exterior and additionally painting the synthetic casing and collar piping. Beneath these pink overtones, a more traditional mix between black and red defines the boot’s interior and vents, creating a final appearance on the outsoles.

The adidas Anthony Edwards 2 “Lucid Pink” is expected to land in January, retailing for $130 in adult sizing. The GS (pictured in the gallery below) and PS sizes have also been confirmed, with prices set at $100 and $80 respectively.
