I know how frustrating it can be when holiday drinks are too sweet or weakened, so I tested this recipe until it had the perfect balance between sharp cranberry, cozy apple cider, bubbles ginger beer or sprite, and exactly the right touch of cinnamon. One of my favorite things to do while cooking the entire morning before the holidays is to enjoy this blow. It is also the favorite of my family, also for Friendsgiving! If you need Thanksgiving drinks for the family and the children, this is it! This version is non-alcoholic, but you can easily make it Boozy if you want.

Thanksgiving Punch Recipe Tips

Thanksgiving Punch Ingredients

  • Cranberry juice – This gives the punch his daring, sharp basis that feels like Thanksgiving in a glass. Corres are a holiday, and the juice adds a beautiful color.
  • Apple cider – Nothing says as Apple Cider. It brings a cozy, seasoned apple flavor, making the drink immediately festive. Moreover, it combines perfectly with both cranberries and cinnamon for that “fresh from the orchard” vibe.
  • Ginger beer or Sprite/7UP – Busting a bit ensures that the shot feels light and festive. Ginger Ale adds soft sweetness and just enough herbs to keep the flavors clear instead of too heavy. It is what makes this punch extra sippable at the holiday table. You can also use Sprite or 7UP.
  • Cinnamon – This is the finishing touch that binds everything together. Cinnamon adds heat and that characteristic holiday herb which makes the punch taste like autumn comfort in a cup. Even just a stick or sprinkle takes it from simple to special.

Detailed measurements and complete instructions can be found in the recipe card at the bottom of this message.

  1. Combine the cranberry juice and apple cider in a large pitcher or punch bowl. Stir well to mix the flavors.

  3. Just before serving, pour in the ginger beer. This keeps the punch bubbles and refreshing.
  4. Add garnishes such as fresh cranberries, apple slices, orange slices or cinnamon sticks for a festive presentation.
  5. Stir gently and serve cooled over ice or directly from the boxing bowl or pitcher.

Frequently asked questions and pro -tips

Can I make this punch in advance?

Yes! Mix everything except the ginger beer and in the fridge. Add the ginger beer just before serving, so that it remains bubbles and fresh.

Which alcohol can I add to Thanksgiving Punch?

This recipe is family friendly, but you can easily worry. Vodka, rum, bourbon or even sparkling wine all combine beautifully.

Can I use sparkling cider instead of regular apple cider?

Absolute! It will be extra bustling and making festive. If you do that, you can skip or reduce the ginger beer.

How do I keep the punch cold without giving it off?

Use frozen cranberries or frozen apple slices as ice cubes. Then keep it cooled and add a nice garnish without diluting the taste.

What is the best way to garnish thanksgiving punch?

Fresh cranberries, apple slices, orange slices and a few cinnamon sticks look beautiful in the bowl or pitcher.

Can I make this non-cabbage acid?

Yes. If you prefer to bustle, replace ginger beer with more apple cider or even orange juice for a sweeter taste.

Can I use cranberry cocktail instead of 100% cranberry juice?

That is possible, I don’t recommend it. Just know that Cranberry cocktail is sweeter.

How long does Thanksgiving Punch in the fridge?

It is best served on the same day, but leftovers (without ginger beer) stay cooled for 2-3 days. Just add fresh ginger beer when you serve again.

Can I serve this hot?

Yes! Heat the cider, cranberry juice and cinnamon together and then add ginger beer or sparkling wine just before serving to keep the bubbles.

How many people does this recipe serve?

A standard batch usually serves 8 people, depending on the cup size. Double it for larger meetings.
