Every competition consists of exciting head-to-head competitions and alternative shot formats, and promises a fascinating spectacle for both live audiences and viewers at home.

The format of TGL consists of 15 holes per match, divided into two sessions:

Triples (9 holes): teams of three players compete in an alternative shot format.
Singles (6 holes): Each player is off the head in a rotating size.

Each hole is worth 1 point, with tires that do not earn points. The team with the most points at the end wins. If connected, a competition of closest to the pin determines the winner.

Teams earn points that are similar to hockey: 2 points for a victory, 1 point for an overtime loss and 0 points for a loss of regulations.
