Under the new Premium Offset feature, policyholders pay premiums for only 6 out of 12 years of a 12-year term, with the remaining 6 premiums offset by income benefits provided by the insurer. Fortune Guarantee Supreme is a non-linked, non-participating life insurance savings plan that provides guaranteed benefits and life coverage for the life of the policy. Premiums are eligible for tax deduction under Section 80C, while death and maturity benefits remain exempt under Section 10(10D) of the Income Tax Act, subject to applicable tax laws.
Strong performance
Tata AIA reported total premium income of ₹31,484 crore for FY25, up 23 percent from the previous fiscal, and is among the top three private insurers in terms of individually weighted premiums for new business.
