Sydney Auctions: Homes sell hundreds of thousands above reserve – realestate.com.au

The peak sales season is good and really going on in Sydney, because houses that sell en masse above their reserves will be the new normal.

The seller, Joanne Crawford, had lived in the house for 13 years.

“I was a bit emotional,” she said.
