We all know how difficult it can be to stand up for ourselves, especially when life gets busy or motivation wanes. But what if this time your workouts could do more than help you feel stronger?

From October 15, we invite you to participate in the I love your BODi 10 workout challenge: a movement to recommit to your health and rally support for a cause close to our hearts –Save a warriora nonprofit organization that provides lifesaving support to veterans, first responders and others dealing with post-traumatic stress.

It’s a powerful way to build momentum in your own journey, inspire those around you and make a real difference together.


Here’s how it works

  • Participate in 10 training sessions.
    Complete 10 BODi workouts between October 15 and November 16, 2025. Choose your favorite programs or discover something new: every workout counts.
  • Connect and celebrate together.
    Join the free Challenge Room within the BODi Experience Community to stay motivated, share wins and participate in a fun, points-based community challenge designed to keep the energy high.
  • Make an impact.
    For every participant who completes all 10 workouts, BODi will donate $5 to Save a Warrior – up to $25,000 USD. Every sweat session helps you achieve your goals and supports those who have served our country.
  • Earn the limited edition BODi badge.
    When you complete all 10 workouts, you’ll unlock the exclusive, limited-edition ‘Love Your BODi’ badge, a symbol of your dedication, strength and compassion.
    Wear it proudly on your BODi profile to celebrate your achievement and show your support for a cause that matters.
  • Win big!

Boost your challenge with Tony Horton’s Power of 4

There’s no better way to start your challenge than with something new. On October 15same day the challenge starts, BODi legend Tony Horton drops its brand new program-Power of 4—in the BODi member library.

Whether you choose Power of 4 or any other workout in our library, each session will bring you closer to your goal of 10 workouts.
