Betty Klimenko, the owner of the Erebus Motorsport team in the Supercars Championship, has purchased a $3.95 million NSW South Coast weekender at Culburra Beach.
The two-storey house, situated on a 1016sqm east-facing plot on Warrain Beach, is being sold through Joelene Paterson Property in association with Sotheby’s International.
The five-bedroom, three-bathroom house is the seventh most expensive to sell in the town, 18km south-east of Nowra.

The top floor has an open plan kitchen and dining area, which extends to double balconies leading to the ground floor terrace and pool area.
The lower level has a bar, living room and gym, plus bedrooms and a two-car garage.
So far it has been a “top performing Airbnb”.
The property last sold in 2010 for $956,500, while a 2017 renovation cost $462,000.
Culburra Beach’s most expensive sale was a $5.85 million four-bedroom, two-bathroom house on 809 square meters overlooking Tilbury Cove on Penguins Head Rd, in 2021, which sold through Kellie Sprowles at Culburra First National.

After 74 sales in the past year, PropTrack estimates the median home price at $974,500 — up 1 percent year over year, but still down from the peak of $1,112,500 in mid-2022.
With Klimenko’s new driving team he led the Bathurst 1000 with just five laps to goErebus finished fourth in last Sunday’s big race, having won in 2024.
“Heartbreaking, to be honest, but I got over it so quickly,” driver Cooper Murray told Speedcafe in the Erebus garage on Sunday evening.

“Betty told me to get over it, toughen up, princess, and move on.”
Klimenko later told V8Sleuth that “people know what we have.”
“We cemented our place,” she said.
“So from now on it’s not up to us to win for Bathurst, it’s up to the rest of the field to stop us.”
