Indian IT vendor Tata Consultancy Services on Thursday reported 1.4% growth in second-quarter net profit at Rs 12,075 crore, compared to Rs 11,909 crore in the same period a year ago. Profit after tax (PAT) attributable to the company’s shareholders was below Street estimates of Rs 12,573 crore. Revenue from operations stood at Rs 65,799 crore, up 2.4% from Rs 64,259 crore in the corresponding quarter of the last fiscal. The company declared a second interim dividend of Rs 11 per equity share, which will be paid on Tuesday, November 4, 2025. The company has set the record date as October 15, 2025.Tata Elxsei
Tata Elxsi, a design-focused technology services company, reported a profit after tax (PAT) of Rs 155 crore in Q2FY26, down 33% YoY and up 7.2% QoQ. Revenue from operations in the reported quarter stood at Rs 918.1 crores, up 2.9% quarter-on-quarter and down 4% year-on-year. US revenue grew 7.9% quarter-on-quarter.
Sammaan capital
Avenir Investment RSC along with IHC Capital Holding LLC has jointly proposed an open offer to acquire up to 34,17,54,286 fully paid equity shares of Sammaan Capital, each with a face value of Rs 2, representing 26% of the expanded voting share capital of the target company.
True renewable technologies
Waaree Renewable Technologies shares are expected to remain in focus on Friday as the company reports its September quarter results. The shares ended 7% higher on the BSE at Rs 1,110.35 on Thursday.
Signature Global
Gurugram-based real estate developer Signature Global has received approval from the bond commission to raise up to Rs 875 crore through non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis, according to a regulatory filing on Thursday. In June, the company’s board had approved raising funds through the issuance of covered listed redeemable NCDs.
