After the pregnancy announcement of Georgia Jay, it will not be long before her Emmerdale character temporarily leaves the village.
Georgia has been playing Steph Siligan since November last year. The character is the daughter of Caleb and Ruby Miligan (William Ash and Beth Cordingly).
Earlier this year, StepH was part of a dark and heartbreaking storyline that saw her learn the real bond between her and Anthony Fox (Nicholas Day).
Mama Ruby revealed to Steph that she was sexually abused by her father Anthony when she was a child. A DNA test then confirmed that the bad man is Steph’s biological father and grandfather.
Why does Georgia leaves Jay Emmerdale?
Star Georgia announced Her pregnancy in June.
In addition to a photo of her bump, Georgia wrote on Instagram: ‘As you probably have already guessed, I have something new to share! I know that some of you wonder if you have seen a small bump on the screen lately … well, it’s not your imagination … I have a baby! . ‘
She added: ‘We have never been so excited and a bit nervous at the same time. Thank you for all love and support. ‘
When does Steph leave Liligan Emmerdale?

Anthony was murdered by Ruby in January.

In the forest, Steph found his way to where John claimed that he had buried Anthony’s body.
She realized that the majority of the land was undisturbed, which suggested that the burial location was somewhere else.
With all the eyes on him, John finally revealed that Anthony was not buried here and he remembered his true cemetery for their own good because they don’t have to know where it is.
