The 2026 Sony Open in Hawaii continues with the second round at Waialae Country Club on Friday, January 16. Full Sony Open tee times for Friday’s second round can be found at the bottom of this post.

At the season-opening Sony Open, three-time major winner Jordan Spieth hopes to flip the script on his career and begin his comeback for good.

Spieth failed to get one PGA Tour last year for the second season in a row. His four top-10 finishes were good enough for a 54th-place finish in the FedEx Cup.

And while Spieth didn’t return to professional golf’s elite last season, he’s now ready to begin the long journey back to No. 1 in the world, and that journey begins this week in Hawaii.

After teeing off in the later wave for the opening round, Spieth will switch to an earlier start for Friday’s second round.

Speith will kick off Round 2 at 12:43 PM ET alongside Hideki Matsuyama and U.S. Ryder Cup captain Keegan Bradley.

You can watch Friday’s second round of the 2026 Sony Open from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM ET on Golf Channel. PGA Tour live on ESPN+ offers featured group coverage from 12pm to 10pm ET.
