Great prize winner

Shannon Smith (@Shannon.lsf)

Totally lost pounds: 4

Shannon’s story:

“I lost one and a half centimeters on my stomach and 2.5 centimeters straight above my hips!

I am so proud of the work I did in this challenge, because I’ve never been so consistent. This challenge meant more to me, because I made a decision Give priority to my health above everything else.

This meant that I started thyroid medication For the first time, Really argues for myself at the doctor, became super consistent with training sessions and controlled the 80/20 lifestyle that I always wanted. Although the scale did not show all my progress, I was Surprised to see how quickly I get centimeters from my waist waste.

I notice it tooda Wave of trust comes back in my lifeAnd helped me to feel happier in the world. I Started dressing in clothing that I like nicer and emphasized the parts of my body that I have hidden for so long. I also became stronger (went back to my 15 pound dumbbells!) And even want to try the bar in the gym.

I did all this from home, on the beach and with my puppy. I still go strong, although I am back at school (I am a teacher) is tiring. I learn how It is important to take care of myself first (by food, training, rest, etc.) so that I can appear better everywhere. I loved the HBMP, because it enabled me to eat things that I loved and was flexible when I needed. I’m going through it now.

And above all, me enjoyed my accountability group because they were the girls who understood more than anyone in my life what I went through! It felt so great to win the week 3 prize, because it felt like I was seen for all my hard work! Thank you for this great community, and I am so excited to continue building on these habits. “

Runner UPS

Dara McCann (@dara.lsf)

Totally lost pounds: 2.8

Dara’s Story:

“This challenge was a special thing for me! It marked mine Annual anniversary of consistent daily exercise and focus on food. Many milestones, including my 400 days of stripe And various PRs during the Summer Fitness Review.

There were days when I didn’t feel like moving my body and moving to pizza and cinnamon rolls, but then I remembered why I did this: to be a strong woman who did not shy away from the possibility of more.

I am So proud of the progress in only these 6 short weeks. While I didn’t lose a lot of kilos I feel that I am starting to get muscle and see the definition.

I am very grateful for the LSF community and was even the winner of week 5 – which was such a pleasant surprise! As always, my thanks for another fantastic challenge! “

Cambria (@motivated_mama_lsf)

Totally lost pounds: 5.4

Cambria’s Story:

“The journey this time has been more of a long -term goal, not just a challenge to challenge the focus. January 2025 I started with the goal to lose 20 pounds With the most important ‘why’ to take care of myself. Of my 2025 goals planner: “My most important thing I want to achieve this year is losing 20 pounds so that I can function physically better and have a better mental state” This challenge helped me to drop those last few pounds and I achieved my goal to lose 20 pounds this year.

Is this it, however? Absolutely not. 2025 will remain the year of change. I am in the early 40s and experience the highlights and lows of the perimenopause. I am tired of being tired and temperamental. Focus on mental health, physical well -being and growing in my relationship with Jesus will remain central every day in the future.

I feel better than for a while. I have more energy, less moody (usually;) and I am hearing the compliments that my husband gives me. He is always a more encouraging, but If you don’t feel right about yourself, it’s hard to receive compliments as they were intended. I ‘M excited to see how God will continue to work in this remaining 4 months of 2025 and I look forward to it Keep appearing with LSF to improve my health. “
