Their property has been sold for $ 1,075m
Prespakis is a Premiership-winning award-fingered who won the best and fairest of the competition in 2020 while playing for Carlton.
The four-fold All-Australian moved to Essendon in 2022 as a tent that signs up for their inaugural women’s side.
Their property was mentioned with a price guide of $ 900,000 $ 990,000 and would go under the hammer this month.
But it was sold early for $ 1,075 million after a buyer had made a strong offer between states.
Matthews Agency Director John Matthews said he expected it to go well.
“The building presented beautiful,” said Mr. Matthews.
“It was fantastic on the market and clearly had a lot of exposure through the profile and the reach of Sophie.
“The buyer came from Adelaide. Sophie said,” Yes, sell it early, “and it was a good offer, $ 85,000 above the top of the range, so we locked it up.”

The backyard includes a private swimming pool and covered gardens, all put behind safe front gates and ideal for families.
A sweet bedroom in daycare offers flexibility for young families, guests or as a future study.
Matthews said that the result emphasized the constant demand for well -renovated houses with personal flair.
“It simply shows that if a house is beautifully presented and well designed, there is always a buyer, and in this case a happy to act early,” he said.
The renovated real estate with four bedrooms attracted the attention to its stylish interiors, designer kitchen and luxurious finishes, and the fact that it was home to one of Melbourne’s most followed personalities.
Their update added a slim kitchen with a statement island bench, adapted joinery, daring function walls and a landscaped backyard ideal for entertainment.
“The most important thing for us to design the house was to have a large open living and dining room that was family-oriented,” Cachia told The Herald Sun earlier.
“We are big entertainers, and we spent a lot of time putting together the house to display our lifestyle and personality, there are subtle nods for both of us.”
The interior of the building has striking finishes, including matte black tapware, polished concrete floors and daring lighting fixtures.
Outside, an oversized deck and fire pit offer the perfect setting for relaxed meetings.
