It may be a week later than usual, but the 2026 PGA Tour season officially kicks off this week during the 2026 Sony Open in Hawaii at Waialae Country Club. The top-ranked player in the field is also the betting favorite this week. Here’s everything you need to know about the Sony Open odds and other betting favorites to start the week.
Sony Open betting favorites
On the way to the first PGA Tour event of the season, American Russel Henley is positioned as a pre-tournament betting favorite with +1200 odds to win.

The next three players in the Sony Open pre-tournament odds were also part of the U.S. Ryder Cup team. They are Ben Griffin (+1600), Collin Morikawa (+2000) and JJ Spaun (+2000).
The captain of the US Ryder Cup team, Keegan Bradleyis next with a winning probability of +2200. Hideki Matsuyama And Robert MacIntyre are tied with Bradley at +2200.
