Sky Major Valen breaks all-comers track record with sizzling 1: 46.4

Columbus, Oh – The Eldorado Scioto Downs Harness Racing from 2025 concluded on Saturday (September 13) and the map did not disappoint with Fast Miles and a leading driver and trainer race that came to the last hours.

The last open pace of $ 25,000 of the meeting was won by Helium N in a track record 1: 46.4. With then Noble in the lines, the Christi Noble-Stagee won 3-1/2 lengths after placing fractions from: 25.3 ,: 53 and 1: 19.2. Women Layer (Sam Widger) placed a: 26.2 last quarter to recover from a break at the start to the second, with Martins Millions (Brett Miller) finished third.

“I am not someone for individual awards,” said Page. “It took a small village to get here. I would like to thank everyone who has supported me all year round, including Team Burke, Virgil, I can clearly not call everyone.

“When people ask me why I do what I do, it is for these children (his son Carter and daughter Avery), my wife, Bri. I love what I do, it’s just a work of love.”

The 41-year-old page drove for the first time in 2000, but his driving career started in 2006 when he had 750 starts. He was last the Sciioto Driver of the Meet in 2021.

“Ohio is back, it’s back,” Page continued. “We get the best stallions and horses to reach outside the state and win big races.”

The race meeting in Eldorado Downs from 2026 starts in May and ends after 91 racing days in September. The South Columbus Oval will then organize the breeders’ crown in October.

“We are enthusiastic about next year’s season,” said Jason Roth, Scioto’s director Racen. “We work closely with the Hambletonian Society for the Breeders Crown, but also have big plans for the regular meeting, including organizing the Ohio Sires Stakes Championships.

“Improvements at the back, including a viewing position near De Paddock and a new Horsesenenenenkang of Parsons Avenue starts shortly after the night’s closing.”
