Dan Ndoye – Nottingham Forest
After the move from Anthony Elanga to Newcastle United, Nottingham Forest has re -invested their windfall in Dan Ndoye. The wing player was expected to move to Napoli earlier in the window, but instead won in the city for a fee of £ 34 million.
