Sime Motors recently celebrated its 45th anniversary in elegant style with a gala themed ‘Orchestrating Excellence: Celebrating 45 Years of Sime Motors in Malaysia’. The evening at the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra brought Sime Motors stakeholders together for an evening of music and appreciation.
The gala featured world-class music performances led by renowned conductor Gerald Salonga, with pianist Liu Muyu and acclaimed Malaysian singer Aina Abdul adding depth and flair to the programme. Their performances captivated the audience and set the tone for a festive evening, paying a memorable tribute to Sime Motors’ 45-year contribution to the Malaysian automotive industry.
A key highlight of the evening was the recognition of Sime Motors’ brand leaders and partners, whose support has been integral to the company’s growth and success. Tokens of appreciation were presented by MD Andrew Basham and MD of South East Asia Jeffrey Gan to representatives of BMW Group Malaysia, BYD, Denza, Ford Malaysia, Hyundai Malaysia, Jaguar Land Rover, Porsche Malaysia and Volvo Cars Malaysia.
