Silver prices in Ahmedabad fell, mirroring the downward trend seen in other parts of the country. The cost of one kilogram fell sharply by ₹20,000 to ₹3,00,000 from ₹3,20,000 in the previous session. In turn, 1 gram of silver was available at ₹300, cheaper by ₹20 compared to the price of ₹320 in the previous session.

In Calcutta, the white metal saw an equally sharp decline as a kilogram became cheaper by ₹20,000 at ₹3,00,000, compared to ₹3,20,000 at which it was available yesterday.
