“While the real estate market has seen some weakness, the current environment clearly favors developers with a proven track record of delivering quality homes and truly consumer-focused offerings. Our recently launched wellness-focused project, Sarvam at DXP Estate, has seen robust demand, reflecting buyers’ evolving preferences for thoughtfully designed, health-focused living spaces,” he added.

Looking ahead, Aggarwal says the company remains optimistic about the medium to long-term prospects of the sector.

The company would continue to focus on disciplined execution, technological advancements and value creation for customers and stakeholders, Aggarwal added. To date, the company has completed 16.5 million square feet of real estate.

Signature Global is one of the country’s leading real estate developers. It emerged as the fifth largest listed real estate company in terms of sales bookings in the financial year 2024-2025. The company posted a record sales booking of Rs 10,290 crore last fiscal.

Signature Global had given a sales booking guidance of Rs 12,500 crore for the current fiscal, but this number is unlikely to be achieved due to sluggish residential demand in Gurugram. However, the company is confident that the final fiscal figure will be met. PTI
