In 2023, End of days distillery Founder and Master-Distilleer Shane FaulKner brought his award-winning spirits in North Carolina to Berlin for the international cocktail week. Discussions in late night changed into introductions, and soon the team spoke with Shelby American about a collaboration that could translate an inheritance into a premium spirit. The assignment was clear: put the precision, power and the timeless character associated with the name of Carroll Shelby and do it with the discipline of a Race program.
The result is Shelby Wodka, an ultra-premium expression seven times distilled for clarity and a clean, polished finish. The taste profile is deliberately versatile: crispy on the first sip, smooth through the mid-palate and compiled on the finish. It gets up nicely, shines over a single large cube and holds his line in classic cocktails where lesser vodkas fade. Launch
The launch on Memorial Day Weekend in 2025 immediately attracted interest of enthusiasts and spirit lovers. A follow-up appearance at Motorlux in Monterey placed Shelby Wodka for a demanding crowd during the Autoweek-an audience fluent design details, materials and story. The reaction rewarded the team’s approach: a serious distillate, presented with respect for the brand it inspired.
Distilled for performance
Behind the scenes, the end of the Days Distillery applies the same mentality that pushes a top effort of the race. Correlia section is tight. Proof is measured. Filtration and final blending are treated with patience instead of shortcuts.
Shelby Vodka fits naturally in a luxury lifestyle constructed around considered choices. Combine it with caviar for a late dinner, pour it for a long time with soft drinks and a citrus turn after an coastal ride, or put two cooled glasses on a low table while friends float between the garage and the terrace.
