Senegal vs Egypt team news
Pape Thiaw has no worries about new injuries or suspension concerns ahead of the semi-finals as the Senegalese side are in very good form after five games.
Decisions need to be made in midfield and attack as the likes of Pape Matar Sarr, Ismaila Sarr and Nicolas Jackson are all pushing to start, although Mane should keep his place.
The former remains questionable, but the latter is in danger of failing again.
Salah and Marmoush both scored in the win over Ivory Coast and should continue as a twin duo up front, with Hossam Hassan keeping the confidence with a 3-4-1-2 formation.

Senegal vs Egypt prediction
After suffering losses in the AFCON finals and in World Cup qualifying four years ago, Egypt has added incentive to beat Senegal and move one step closer to claiming an eighth title.
The Pharaohs are considered the underdogs in this match, but that will not deter this team for a moment, as was proven in the last round against Ivory Coast.
However, there appears to be a psychological block when it comes to facing Senegal and we expect Les Lions to come out on top in a very exciting semi-final.
Head-to-head (h2h) history and results
Perhaps a good omen for Egypt, they defeated Senegal 2-1 when the two teams last met in an AFCON semi-final. That was almost twenty years ago when Amr Zaki scored the winner.
