The last time I made a holiday recipe guide was in 2013.
At the time, I was still consuming processed ingredients and hadn’t fully connected the dots between what I ate and how I felt.
Fast forward to now – after healing my gut for good – I’m back with a completely different approach.

Why I made this

I’ve spent twenty years figuring out how to make the foods I love in a way that actually supports gut healing.
These recipes prove that you can eat pumpkin pie, hot chocolate, and holiday dishes without bloating, inflammation, or food guilt.
