We are pleased to issue a call to action to continue to support the development of the performance strategy and business plan for hockey in Scotland.
As part of this journey, we have consulted with the wider membership and with GB Hockey, which has helped to identify four key pillars that we believe will drive our efforts: the development of performance coaches; performance clubs; international success; strong and coordinated performance processes.
The next stage in our process is to consult with you in these areas to add details that will drive our business plan and prioritization. We are convinced that the success of this strategy depends on the input and involvement of our members.
We have some very tight timelines to complete this process so we will try to organize an online session.
