To make a long story short: Ordered a machine => paid for it (€1700) => waited => proposed another machine (original not in stock) => waited => received incomplete machine with defective motor. Delivered on 03/12/2025. No reply since 12/15/2025.
Long story (not short):
– 11/19/2025: I decided to put the trigger on an iTennis B2. Ordered and paid in advance (bank transfer. What a mistake, but I thought I could be sure after reading the forum) => 1726.95 €
– 23/11/2025: I received an email stating that the engine will be blue instead of black => ok
– 25/11/2025: I received an email stating that the blue engine has Chinese characters on the screen => ok
– 11/25/2025: I received an email stating that the machine was out of stock. A downgrade suggested (B1 without self-centering system) => not okay. Also suggested me an upgrade on another machine (B3) but I would have to pay more => not ok)
– 26/11/2025: Received an email to propose the tennis version (T2) instead of the badminton version => ok (identical price)
– 27/11/2025: Shipping from Germany to Belgium
– 02/12/2025: Received machine (in average condition and with many problems)
Problems:
– Engine screen not working => Screen lights up without anything on it
– Fixed clamps are missing
– Badminton side supports are missing
– Tennis supports for 6 and 12 o’clock are missing.
Since then I had to send emails on 03,04,05,07,09,11,15,16,17,23 of December and on 06,14 of January and on 01 of February. Most of them are memories.
Last reply on 15/12/2025. Complete silence since then.
To summarize the answers:
– Everything was fine when it was shipped.
– I can’t do anything for the engine. It’s the last one. Maybe replaceable with a Wise. Not sure
– Need to check if there are any missing parts.
– Finally suggested that I return the motorcycle
What I asked for:
– Receive the missing parts
– Receive an Ennoxx engine if available to resolve the situation
Nothing since and I’m not really keen on returning anything as I would probably never see anything or my money back.
So now I’m stuck in a very bad situation. I don’t know what to do now. The money is gone and I have a nice, non-working machine collecting dust.
So if anyone has an idea, I’m open to hearing it.
And anyway, be very careful, if at least my experience can prevent you from suffering the same, it will not be completely lost.
I don’t know what’s going on, but it seems like he doesn’t care. Sometimes when he would answer my emails I would have to explain it again as if he had completely forgotten.
