“I just wanted to be part of the Laver Cup again, because I loved that atmosphere there,” said Alcaraz, who said his second performance in the competition earlier this year. “It was special. All players receive an appearance that is proportional to their world ranking after the French open, while prize money ($ 250,000) only goes to the winning side.

The eighth edition promises to be another closely fought meeting that is difficult to call, but who lifts the cup, it will only improve the status and popularity of the event.
