The devices were announced during the ‘Galaxy event’ of the company, as part of IFA 2025 in Berlin. The Galaxy Tab S11 is smaller and has no notch on the display. However, it has thicker edges than the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra is actually a bit bigger compared. It has a 14.6-inch display, while the Galaxy Tab S11 contains a 10.9-inch panel. Both are dynamic Amoled 2x panels with a refresh rate of 120Hz, but the ultra’s is sharper.

The MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ processor feeds both tablets. The Galaxy Tab S11 comes with 12 GB RAM and 128 GB or 256 GB storage. The Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra, on the other hand, is obtained in RAM variants of 12 GB and 16 GB. Storage options vary from 128 GB to 1 TB storage.

Both devices are supplied with S -Pen support, and both are IP68 certified
