Golden Bachelor presenter Samantha Armytage has relisted her whitewashed Hyams beachside cottage with agent Bradley Cocks, husband of designer Collette Dinnigan.
The three-bedroom cottage at 29 Cyrus St, opposite Jervis Bay, appeared on realestate.com.au on Friday with a guide of $2.95 million-$3.1 million in an expressions of interest campaign through Cocks, who now works from Drew Lindsay Sotheby’s International Realty’s Bowral office.
Cocks has been contacted for comment.
Armytage, 49, had bought the cottage – on a 658 sqm block and with water views from the upstairs balcony – in 2018 for $1,765,000, then renovated with a new roof.
The former Sunrise co-host, who left Channel 7 to host the Channel 9 dating show, had her Hyams Beach cottage listed with a $3.2 million guide with another agent in 2023.

But there was little interest at the time and it disappeared from the real estate portals in December 2024 following her split from her husband of four years, Richard Lavender.
Its re-emergence a year later with a more attractive guide comes at a time when there are very few properties for sale in the popular village, so it could well find a buyer.
She was recently photographed at the Australian Open with Block judge Darren Palmer, who with his husband Olivier Duvillard also owns a property in Hyams Beach, which was bought in 2014 for a bargain $850,000.
He may have told her that now was a good time to make a list.
Armytage told Sky News in December that she felt “strong, healthy and happy” and was “at a really nice time” in her life.
The report revealed that fans on Instagram were raving about her “gorgeous” appearance and that she was focusing on her health after hip replacement surgery.

The cottage has been a popular holiday home.
The latest listing advises: “Positioned on the tightly occupied Cyrus Street strip, 29 Cyrus Street, Hyams Beach offers a rare opportunity to secure a true beachside retreat in one of NSW’s most sought-after coastal locations.”
It says the “beautifully welcoming three-bedroom, two-bathroom home offers stunning, never-to-be-built views over the pristine waters of Jervis Bay”.
The master bedroom also has views over the bay.
There’s an attractive kitchen, double living areas and a “sunlit front deck, ideal for morning coffee or a sunset drink overlooking the water”.
“The elevated position and forward building line improve both views and privacy,” the listing says.
There is a lockable garage and off-street parking for up to three vehicles.
Armytage also owns a condo in Rushcutters Bay, which was purchased as an investment for $1.5 million in August 2021.
The Hyams Beach cottage was decorated with comfortable white sofas, wicker chairs and a black sign pointing to the beach.
It has been a popular vacation rental fetching $1,200 per night.
