Our houses are holy shrines. When we purify them, we purify ourselves. Whether we are aware or not, the house is a container with energies of those who inhabited them, worked in it or spent time in it. When we think of healing and cleaning up our hearts, spirits and souls, it is important to also consider the house.
In my more than five decades that accompany spiritual seekers, wellness leaders and heart -oriented households, I have always seen myself unfold a profound truth: when we free up our living space, we delete the path for joy, clarity and divine connection to flow into our lives.
What is space room? A holy invitation to upgrade.
Space decoration is not about minimalism or design trends. It is about energy – the subtle, invisible atmosphere that fills our houses, influences everything, from how we feel to how we sleep, eat, communicate, communicate and create.
You probably felt this before:
- The heavy weight in a room after a fight.
- The old, foggy feeling in messy corners.
- The inexplicable lightness in a holy place or forest hut.
These are energetic prints. They matter. And they are changeable.
Space decoration is “spiritual hygiene for your environment.” Just as we shower our body, we must also remove the emotional and energetic residue from our spaces – so that we can live on lightness, not of persistent costs.
The vibration of the house influences the vibration of life
Your house is not just a hiding place. It is an expansion of your energy field. In ancient traditions – from Indian to Japanese shinto, Chinese Feng Shui to native earth that honor practices – it is understood that every space has a reminder. Emotion. Spirit. Intention.
Have our thoughts, words and actions printed behind. Over time, they gather. They can support or block the evolution of your soul.
If you feel:
- Chronically tired or mentally spread
- Emotionally activated or uninspired
- Spiritually disconnected despite your efforts
… your house can be part of the cause whether you are aware of this or not.
By cleaning up, blessing and sancting your space, you do more than cleaning. You give your soul permission to relax, reset and rise.
Sacred Space Clearing Ritual: A step-by-step manual
Rooted in Vedic wisdom, Hawaiian blessing and universal holy law, the approach I have developed for space cling is simple, intuitive and deeply transforming. Here is a more detailed version of this process designed for everyday households, families and seekers:
1. Prepare with reverence
Before you start, go into the space as you would do a holy temple. Wash your hands, remove your shoes, light a candle and get three slow breathing.
When you pop up with presence, the space listens.
Speak a calm intention: “May this be a time of purification and peace. I offer this house to Divine Light.”
2. Open all windows and doors
Even if it is cooler outside, the window bursts open to shift the energy. While air flows in and out, you visualize stagnation and new energy that comes in.
Imagine that your house exhales and inhale innovation.
3. Use the aids of nature to erase energy
You can use:
- Sage of Palo Santo – For general open space
- Sandelhout or incense incense – for sanctification
- Essential oil sprays (lavender, rosemary, lemon) – for soft purification
- Salt bowls or salt lamps for Himalayas – to absorb density
- Sacred Energy light bulbs – for cleaning negative energy
Slowly walk through each room in a movement clockwise and pay special attention to corners, doors, cupboards and under furniture. These are places where energy tends to gather.
Say aloud:
“I no longer leave something free. May this room be filled with light, joy and divine presence.”
If you are emotionally sensitive, you pause to feel every room. Some spaces can bear sadness, fear or anger. Breathe in that sensation. Then bless it. You are the alchemist.
4. Add sound and holy frequency
Use holy music, singing or sound bowls to break stuck patterns.
I recommend:
- Your favorite prayers and mantras channels
- Ring bells
- Play noise bowls
- Play holy music
- Play specific frequency tones
- Play shamanic drums as you want
Sound is medicine. Let it resound in the walls and floor plates. Let it wake up your house.
5. Offer blessings to the purpose of each room
Pause in the middle of each room and place your hand on your heart. Speak to the space:
- In the living room: “May joy, connection and harmony fill this space.”
- In the bedroom: “May this be a sanctuary of peace, intimacy and holy dreams.”
- In the kitchen: “Our meals may be blessed and our food holy.”
- In the nursery: “May love, protect and elevate laughter and wonder.”
- In your home office: “May this space are tailored to goal, clarity and service.”
Your words are the space. They create a vibration print. Let them be joyfully holy.
