The newest music video from Sabrina Carpenter is a tribute to the midnight film “The Rocky Horror Picture Show” – and a resident of Philly takes the lead role.
Colman Domingo Riemen on heels and a series of wigs in the video for “Tears”, the second song of the new album “Man’s Best Friend” by Carpenter. The film Short finds Timmerman, stylized as a classic Hitchcock -Blonde, looking for help in a spooky house after a car accident. Inside she finds Domingo and a Glam Coven, sinister party guests. In the course of the song, Carpenter will go on a trip similar to the character Janet of Susan Sarandon in “Rocky Horror.” The initial with wide eyes is Turning around a stripping post in a corn field and a dance break in lingerie Leiden by the time the music stops.

Carpenter also referred to her former music videos in the past – as the “Death becomes her” riff “Taste” – in the last minute. Her boyfriend, who miraculously survived the car accident, stumbles on the scene after her apparently imagined romping with Domingo and Co. But the pop star is not happy to see him.
“No, it’s one thing,” she says. “Someone has to die every video. I’m sorry.’
Carpenter then uses her heel like a throwing star and left him.
“He was also a nice one,” she sighs. “You have to give people what they want.”
Domingo hypovered the video in a series of messages on social media. The resident of West Philly thanked “SABS” for “inviting me to really play” and sent a message of support to the Trans community.
“At the point to break the internet. Tears. 😎👌🏾 Protect all dolls,” he tweeted.
Carpenter, a girl from Montgomery County herself, praised her “really incomparable, magnetic and fantastic” co-star in messages to Instagram and X.
“WIsh, we still dance on the street at 4 o’clock x, ” She wrote.
It was a busy morning for the singer, who also released her seventh album “Man’s Best Friend” and Lyric videos on Friday for the rest of the album. She dropped the main single and Billboard no. 1 hit “Manchild” in June.
