Residents crept in with families in underground metro stations for shelter. Acrid Rook hung over the city center.
Ukraine -President VolodyMyr Zenskyy, who will later talk to Trump with Trump and an American break in some deliveries of air defense missiles, called the attack “deliberately solid and cynical”.

“In particular, the first Air Raid reports in our cities and regions started to blister almost simultaneously yesterday with media reports that discussed a phone call between President Trump and Putin,” said Zenskyy on X.

“Again, Russia shows that it is not going to end the war and fear,” he said, in which he called for more pressure on Russia and more air defense equipment.
KYIV officials said the attack damaged around 40 apartments, passenger railway infrastructure, five schools and kindergartens, cafés and many cars in six of the 10 districts of KYIV.
Poland said that the consular part of the embassy was damaged in Central Kiev, and added that the staff was unharmed.
Mayor Vitali Klitschko said on Telegram that 14 of the injured people were admitted to the hospital.

Ukraine’s State Companies Railway Urkaliznytsia, the largest courier in the country, said on Telegram that the attack on Kiev forced them to distract a number of passenger trains, which caused delays.

Damage was registered on both sides of the broad Dnipro River who swallows the city and declining drone rubble set a medical facility in the Leafy Holosiivskyi district, Klitschko said.

Russian air strikes on Kiev have been intensified in recent weeks and include some of the deadliest attacks of the war against the city of three million people.

‘No progress at all’ in Trump-Putin Talk

Trump said that the call with Russian President Vladimir Putin did not make any progress on Thursday in attempts to end the war, while the Kremlin repeated that Moscow would continue to insist to resolve the “main causes” of the conflict.
“I am very disappointed about the conversation I had with President Putin today, because I don’t think he’s there, and I’m very disappointed,” Trump said.
“I just say I don’t think he wants to stop, and that’s a shame.
“I didn’t make any progress with him at all,” Trump told reporters.

A decision by Washington this week to stop some shipments from critical weapons to Ukraine, led to Kiev warnings that the move would weaken its ability to defend against intensifying air attacks and battlefield pre -trips.

However, air strikes were admitted to eight locations throughout the country with nine missiles and 63 drones, said it.

Both parties deny the focus on citizens in the war that Russia has launched with a complete invasion of Ukraine in February 2022.
Thousands of civilians died in the conflict, the vast majority of them Ukrainian.
It is believed that many more soldiers died in the front line, although neither party releases military victims.
