Los Angeles Dodgers Rookie Right -handed pitcher will fly to Los Angeles on Wednesday to join the team, manager Dave Roberts unveiled prior to the team against the Colorado Rockies series
A place on the active schedule could be in its future shortly thereafter.

“Roki was fantastic (in Tuesday’s rehabilitation start),” Said Roberts. “He will soon be part of the conversation for us.”
There has been talk of Sasaki who may come to the Bullpen with the team that overflows into starting pitchers. Roberts revealed that he is open to discussing a role for the hard-throwing right side.
“What is the best for him, what is best for us? You can argue or make it ready to let something happen here in a starting role or something else, it should be on the table,” said Roberts.
If Sasaki makes an impression, it is possible that he can even take into account the team’s later plans, according to the skipper.
“We should see it here (in the big competitions),” said Roberts. “We still have time. We have to make a decision at some point.”
After a rough first four rehabilitation steps, Sasaki had a large increase in speed in his most recent start on Tuesday. Sasaki overshadowed six times 100 mph and an average of 98.6 MPH on its fastball. He had eight strikeouts and a season -high 16 hints over 4.2 innings work.
All signs now indicate that the next Sasaki outing at the big league club is. Whether that is out of the bullpen or is in a starting role, still to be seen – but apart from injuries, it is difficult to imagine that Sasaki will get a start in an already crowded rotation.
