He said the collapse will happen in 2025, but it is not there yet.
Friday’s meltdown, which hit crypto and stocks, isn’t the most painful collapse to happen this year, predicted the best-selling author of Rich Dad, Poor Dad.
In a recent post over the weekend, Robert Kiyosaki foresaw a doomsday scenario in which baby boomers’ retirement funds will be “wiped out.”
The worst crash that will happen soon?
The author and investor began his article by outlining the “greatest crash in world history” in his Rich Dad’s Prophecy book. What’s even more worrying is that he believes this disaster will occur in the coming months.
His prediction comes after one of the most painful crashes in crypto history. Recall that BTC fell by around $20,000 in a matter of hours, while many altcoins were destroyed at one point with losses of up to 90%. The liquidations generated a record of more than $19 billion within 24 hours after US President Trump imposed a new set of tariffs on Chinese products.
Kiyosaki confirmed another of his earlier statements, namely that investors only need to invest their money in “real assets” as “savers are losers.” According to for him lately it has been gold, silver, Bitcoin and Ethereum.
“Today I believe that silver and Ethereum are the best because they are stores of value… but more importantly… used in industry… and the prices are low. Please study the pros, cons and usefulness of silver and Ethereum… from haters and lovers of silver and Ethereum… and then invest with your own financial wisdom.”
Actual stock market crash?
While preaching that investors should choose gold, silver, BTC and ETH, Kiyosaki has criticized the US stock market and the dollar. At the beginning of the month, he claimed that Wall Street will collapse soon, which is why even long-term stock partisan Warren Buffett had turned to gold.
“Even though Buffett has spent years complaining about gold and silver investors like me, his sickening support for gold and silver must mean that stocks and bonds are about to crash,” he said.
