The company will pay the dividend within a week after the AVA, Ril said in his submission to the stock exchanges.
The announcement was made after market hours on Thursday and RIL shares ended today on RS 1.390 at the NSE, and 1.4%dropped. Reliance shares have set 14% on an annual basis.
RIL reported an increase of 78% on an annual basis in its Q1FY26 consolidated net profit to RS 26,994 Crore, compared to RS 15,138 Crore in the period of the year ago. The strong increase in profit was mainly powered by a one -off profit from the sale of the interests of the company in Asian paint, which contributed to RS 8,924 Crore in other income. The profit, attributed to the owners of the company, exceeded the street estimates of RS 22,069 Crore.
The turnover of the company from the activities increased by 5.3% to RS 2.48.660 Crore versus RS 2,36.217 Crore in the period of the year ago. RIL’s income before interest, taxes, depreciation, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) was on RS 58.024 Crore in the quarter under review, rising by 36% years. While the EBITDA margin for the quarter ended on June 30, 2025, 21.2%, rising 460 bps above 16.6% in Q1FY25, amounted to rising.
The gross turnover of RIL rose by 6% JoJ to RS 2.73.252 Crore ($ 31.9 billion). The turnover of the JIO platform increased by 18.8% JoJ due to strong growth of subscribers in mobility and houses, increased consumption and lasted a positive momentum in digital services.
