Five bidders fought it out for this family home in Mitcham, which was sold for $ 1,241 million, well above the price guide of $ 870k- $ 950k.
After 14 years in their first home, a young Mitcham family continues with an auction result of $ 1,241 million that rose hundreds of thousands above a similar sale.
The house with three bedrooms on 2 Blossom St had $ 870,000- $ 950,000 price home and attracted more than 150 inspections during his four-week campaign with Ray White Judd White Group.
A buzzing crowd turned out to be at an auction day, where five bidders compete for the keys before the main agent and auctioneer Danny Zhang had taken it far above reserve.

“This was the first home of the sellers, I originally sold it to them,” said Mr. Zhang.
“They loved it and really took good care of it, but now it was time to upsize.”
The renovated brick house, sitting on a subdivided corner block, was updated about 10 years ago with a stone kitchen, polished hardwood floors and renewed bathrooms.
The renovated kitchen with stone bench is equipped with SMEG devices, a walk-in pantry and island of breakfast bar, an important drawcard for buyers.
Mr Zhang said it had checked boxes for both young families and downsizers, especially those who focus on a high -quality school course.
“The real estate was declared on the market after the second bid and from there you could really feel the competition,” he said.
“All five bidders had inspected several times and the final price reflected the state and location of the house.”
Polished hardwood floors flow to the slightly filled dining area and offer garden fishing and seamless connection with entertainment outside.
The selling price exceeded a result of $ 865,000, in which Mr. Zhang points to important differences.
“Although it is subdivided, this house still has its own street number, which adds value,” he said.
“And the school zone was a huge drawcard, the winning bidders moved from the northern suburbs of Melbourne to secure better educational options.”
The Ray White Judd White Group Agent added that a recent interest rate reduction had fueled the urgency in the Mitcham market.
One of the two modern bathrooms, updated during the renovation, with quality finises that are attractive for both buyers from first home and families.
“The sellers were very happy, it is a strong result for Mitcham and proof of the question we see in this bag,” said Mr. Zhang.
The house has three with light-filled bedrooms, two bathrooms, open living and dining areas, plus a private deck and low-maintenance outdoor zones. Solar panels, several split systems and a Lockup carport have been added to the attraction.
The Mitchham Home is set on a subdivided corner block with its own street number and offers privacy and low -maintenance outdoor life.
Mr. Zhang said that Mitcham remained one of the most competitive family markets in the East.
“Property of Heatherdale, Eastland, Eastlink and Quality Schools station continues to stimulate the buyer’s demand,” he said.
“Houses like these, which are well presented and ready to go into, continue to attract strong competition.”
