Rekha Jhunjhunwala leaves Nikhil Kamath, Madhusudan Kela-stundled SmallCap shares with 111% return in 3 years

Star investor Rekha Jhunjhunwala, after inheriting her husband Rakesh Jhunjhunwala’s interest of 10.82% in Nazara Technologies, has now completely left her position in the company, a prominent player in the India gaming and sports sector. The share has yielded an impressive return of 111% in the last three years.

The shares of Nazara Technologies are supported by some influential investors, including Madhusudan Kela and Nikhil Kamath.

In March 2025, Rekha Jhunjhunwala had a 7.06% interest in the company, with a total of 61.83.620 shares. By June, however, Rekha left Nazara Technologies and sold her entire company.

On June 13, Jhunjhunwala sold her interest in Nazara Technologies, in which 13 Lakh shares were ordered to the BSE and another 14 Lakh shares on the NSE, at an average price of RS 1,225.19 and RS 1,225.63 respectively. The combined deal value was approximately RS 334 Crore. This meant the completion of her exit of the company.

However, the company is still supported by other remarkable investors. Madhusudan Kela, who has 10.96.305 shares, owns 1.18% of Nazara technologies. In the meantime, through his company Kamath Associates, Nikhil Kamath has 15.04.782 shares, which represents an interest of 1.62% in the company.


In the meantime, Rekha Jhunjhunwala publicly has 25 shares, with a combined capacity of RS 38.918.10 Crore, according to the latest disclosures of the company share available on Trendlyne. 2025, according to Trendlyne.
