Regal Resources IPO subscribed 5.94 times to day 1

The first public offer of Regal Resources LTD, a corn -based manufacturer of specialties, received 5.94 times a subscription on the first day of bidding on Tuesday.

The initial share sales received bids for 12.47.19,552 shares at 2.09.99.664 shares that are offered according to NSE data.


Institutional investors have collected part of 1077 times, while the quota for retail individual investors (Riis) was subscribed 5.58 times. Qualified institutional buyers (QIBS) category receive 2.94 times subscription.

Regal Resources LTD Mobilized on Monday around RS 92 Crore by Anker investors.

The price band is set at RS 96-102 per share.


The IPO has a new number of shares worth RS 210 Crore and an offer for sale of 94.12 Lakh shares with a value of RS 96 crore by promoters, at the top of the price band. This collects the problem size to RS 306 Crore. After the issue, the importance of the promoters will reduce to around 71 percent of 100 percent. RS 159 Crore goes to reimbursement or pre -payment of certain loans from the proceeds of the new issue. Regal Resources has a zero liquid discharge corn facility for customers in food products, paper, animal feed and adhesives throughout India, and in export markets such as Nepal and Bangladesh.
