In addition to the launch of Spotlight Listing, Realtor.com has also introduced enhanced features of its Local Expert marketing product. The company said the enhanced features allow agents to highlight recent sales, ratings or reviews, and build credibility with potential customers through targeted, highly visible ads and enhanced profiles.
“As the market shifts in favor of buyers, agents need tools that not only promote homes to motivated buyers but also elevate their personal brand,” said Owais Siddiqui, Senior Director of Product Management at Realtor.com, in a statement. “Spotlight Listings and Local Expert make a powerful combination: Spotlight Listings helps sellers increase visibility to serious buyers, while Local Expert helps agents build lasting brand recognition and generate new business.”
Together, Realtor.com said these two launches will help agents increase their visibility in site search results and strengthen their personal brand with buyers and sellers.
