The collaboration has included the image analysis of Restb.ai in the product suite of Realreppports-Waardoor Agents have access to conditional property comparisons and improved visual presentations.
The integration improves both the Free Snapshot report from RealRePorts and the Premium Sales Report, says leaders.

Rogers said that by AI generated assessments of real estate conditions and quality agents enable agents to offer more precise comparisons, communicating value and building customer confidence.
For MLS members, the integration adds two main functions:
- Snapshot report (free): Reports are displayed photos in a cleaner, intuitive format without extra costs.
- Seller report (Premium): Reports include the state and quality scores of Restb.ai, improved comparisons and “ownership snapshots” that emphasize exterior, interior, kitchen and bathroom photos. Agents can now compare properties side by side with improved visual context.
