Earlier this week, the FBI executed a search warrant at the Fulton County Election Hub and Operations Center. The Gateway Pundit reported that sources alleged that Georgia State Election Board Complaint 2023-025 was the basis of the order.
The Gateway Pundit has now obtained a special report provided to the Department of Justice and the FBI detailing the possible violations of the law in the conduct of the 2020 presidential election in Fulton County. This is believed to be the basis for the probable cause used to secure the search warrant.
The report outlines, where applicable, the corresponding Georgian law and/or rules and regulations violated by each alleged count’s action.
For example, count 1 states:
On September 30, 2020, the Secretary of State ordered provincial officials to install
untested and uncertified software (version 5.5.10.32) written the week before at 34,000
Ballot marking devices across the state before being tested or submitted to the
Election Assistance Commission (“EAC”) as required. To be clear, this wasn’t one
patch, but a full installation of a new and untested software version.
This may violate O.C.G.A. § 21-2-374 according to the report’s authors.
In addition, the report contains numerous other issues, including:
- Failure to conduct logic and accuracy tests as required by Georgian law
- Ordering more than a million “extra” absentee ballots (which is not alleged to be a violation of the law)
- Signature verification was not performed in either the 2020 primary or general election
- Changing 35 memory cards during the day a live election
- Cutting security seals, removing memory cards and ‘fraudulent returns’ then printed on ‘surrogate machines’
- 20,713 ballots attributed to ten voting machines without origin
- Failure to retain election data from the first count of November 3, 2020
- Unauthorized access to and control of Fulton County election operations, voting systems and data
- No reconciliation or investigation was conducted in violation of Georgian law
- Ballot authentication has been disabled in the entire state of Georgia
- Thousands of ballots added to manual post-election review
- 3,930 ballots were deliberately scanned and counted more than once for the recount
- Missing ballot images from the recount
- Encryption keys for the voting system are provided to counties unprotected in plain text
- 103.6 percent and 113.8 percent “population of voting age registered to vote” in Georgia and Fulton County, respectively
- Hundreds of test votes are included in the official results
- Failure to ‘create, maintain, maintain or produce a numbered list of voters for all prior voting’
- Daily summaries created after the election, not during the election, as required by Georgian law
- Fulton County official data includes 22,534 more ballots cast than voters cast ballots
- Thousands of ballots included in the original count are missing in the recount, and thousands of ballots included in the recount are missing in the original count

Mainstream media, pundits and elected officials have claimed for years that multiple investigations have been conducted that have found no evidence of fraud or mismanagement regarding the conduct of Georgia’s 2020 elections.
There should be little doubt that the results of the 2020 Georgian elections were/are not verifiable, given these egregious examples of mismanagement and alleged criminal actions.
While President Trump would still have come up short in the election had he won Georgia, the U.S. Senate was handed to Joe Biden with the runoff election of Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock, giving Joe Biden a “trifecta” in the federal government: the White House, the House of Representatives, and the Senate.
