What a difference makes a week. We just returned to the Groove after the ASB, Nick Kurtz goes the second half of the competition winner and the #60 general pick and top RP-Pick in the RCLs is suspended this year as part of a gambling ring. Emmanuel Clase threw away so much potential money to earn a few dollars with a few gamblers. Maybe we will see how things shake out, but it doesn’t look good. The fact that MLB has already suspended him until August seems to be sure that they know things. Is a lifelong ban on tap? Anyway, I dropped the Clase in the two RCLs where I had it (one of which is – ECFBL – where RPS has a huge premium and I just took the first place … Auuch). I had only stored Code Smith in one competition, but everyone who has just fallen into enormous value. Just before the trade theadline too! August 5 is our RCL -Handelsdeadline, perhaps contact that clasemanager and see what comes from an offer of Gift Smith. This is what happened in week 18 in the Razzball commentary commentary:
‘PERTY’ Perts
Every week we peek at our residents to see who claims to the best “expert” Rler in the country. We take notes, check the rankings and generally steal them. The head is also hyperlink, so feel free to follow while we go.
I thought I had a good week, and then I saw Mike C. Mike posted 10.5 points this week and took over the first place with authority! This is the first time that Kirkset has not held the first place since April. It was a long fight for Mike, he started at the bottom, now he is here. Should be a nice fight. I took nine points this week and moved a competition-high three places in the rankings, to fourth place, the highest I have been throughout the season. Maybe things come together in the second half. Cram it was the big loser this week, dropped six points and three places in the rankings, until the seventh.
Razzslam -classification update
Every week we will also take a look at the top ten general classification in our other Razzball sponsored competition, the razzslam. This is our NFBC Best Ball League with managers from the entire industry, from content providers to fans and readers, just like you.

Taylor Case had a slip-up this week and lost his first place to Matt Poole. However, Taylor is still in position to move forward. Rudy slid out of the top ten this week, but Rob Sherwood held it for the time being. David Emerick fell out of the WC -Slot and Joseph Camp jumped in. It’s all about points and positioning on this point.

Ten more deals this week when we approach the trade theadline. By the time you read this, we have a little more than a week to get those deals. August 5 at midnight is our deadline.
Some major deals this week with Bobby Witt, Corbin Carroll, Julio Rodriguez and Brent Rooker all en route. I think it can be a smart move to buy on Gunnar Henderson, I just don’t have the Gumption, see how often I have prepared it this season. Fingers crossed a big last two months. Nobody exchanged for Clase, but Son received a rough dealing trade for Paredes just before the Hammy injury.

It was a bit of a down week and we didn’t set up new weekly records. When Nick Kurtz Bonkers went, I certainly thought we had a chance on a new HR record, but unfortunately Tberkman was shy four dingers.
Some more statistics of the week, thanks to Vinwins:
33 teams had an ERA under 2.00. 23 were above 6.
17 teams broke under .200
15 teams are more than .300.
65.3% of the schedule is completed. 653 IP would be in pace for the 1000 IP minimum. 914 IP is on pace for the maximum 1400 IP.

Summary: A very well -completed week for Tberkman who benefited from the historic night of Nick Kurtz. Shoutout to Bandidos that called Tberkman’s Sleephonours after that match. Yes, I am in this competition, no, I am not doing well. However, Tberkman is! They achieved 6 points and went up from the seventh to the fifth. Nick Kurtz’s 6 for 6 – Four HR competition led to the attack. Kurtz ended the week with nine points, five gayers, eleven ribbies and a stem while he hit .600. Matt Shaw hit .400 with three long balls and nine driven. Julio Rodriguez added four solo recordings and two stolen bases. On a short schedule day (Thursday, 5 competitions), Tony showed his talent with a few Baty calls. Nolan Shanuel and Nathan Lukes combined to go 4 for 10 with a home run, two points and three runs smashed. Paul Skenes was the pitching star and won twice while he hit 15 in 12 scoreless innings. Tyler GlasNow contributed 12 ks in seven innings and Devin Williams broke off a few rescues. Impressive things, Tony!
