The American singer Chris Brown received a bail by a court in London after being accused of a serious attack, so that the road has been cleared for his world tour to start next month.

Brown has been accused of alleged inflicting serious physical injury in what prosecutors said that a “non -laid out attack” was on music producer Abraham Diaw with a tequila bottle in a nightclub in London in 2023.

The 36-year-old has not yet been asked to introduce a plea for the indictment. He was not present at Southwark Crown Court when judge Tony Baumgartner granted him a bail.

Judge Baumgartner said that Brown could continue with this tour, including various stops in the UK, but should pay the bail to guarantee his appearance in court.

The American singer was initially refused the bail last week, but received a bail on Wednesday on the condition that he paid four million pounds ($ 8.32 million) with a further pound in seven days.

Public Prosecutor Hannah Nicholls said last week in the court of Manchester Magistrates that Brown Diaw struck several times with a bottle and then hit him and kicked him in an attack on a surveillance camera for a club full of people.

The American musician Omololu Akinlolu, 38, who acts under the name Hoody Baby and is a friend of Brown, is also charged in the attack.

Both men had to appear again in court on 20 June.

The Brown tour starts on 8 June in Amsterdam before he started the shows of Noord -America in July.

The R&B star, who erupted the music scene on the music scene in 2005, won his first Grammy for the best R&B album in 2011 for Fame and then earned his second in the same category for 11:11 (Deluxe) earlier this year.

Brown was arrested last week in a hotel in Manchester after his return to Groot -Britain for the first time since the incident two years ago.

He also had to give up his passport, except while traveling for his tour.
