The Supreme Court of Calcutta has noted that the issue in which permanent inhabitants of West Bengal are returned to serious problems with regard to the life and freedom of a person and the government of the Union has instructed to submit a sworn explanation that revealed the designated places from which such a group of prisoners were back.
A division bench by Justice Tapabrata Chakraborty and Justice Reetobrata Mitra while hearing a petition submitted by Bhode Sheikh, father of Sunali Bibi who was pushed back into Bangladesh after he had been held in Delhi, said the place of the Detaines was not revealed. The bank noted that in the absence of such details, the issue of territorial jurisdiction cannot be given priority and determine at this stage.
The advice that appears before the Union Government and security authorities have submitted the petition by father of Sunali Bibi for the Supreme Court of Calcutta on the basis of the sustainability. On Friday (September 12, 2025), the Trinamool Congress claimed that a Bengalian migrant employee from the Tehatta of Nadia was brutally hacked in Visakhapatnam.
“This is the grotesque expansion of a climate of linguistic terror cultivated by @bjp4india and his allies. When a political project legitimizes exclusion, the marginalization becomes permission to kill,” the Trinamool congress was placed on social media.
