About Sara:

Sarah Trott is creator and presenter of the fourth trimester podcast. She created the show after realizing that many of the questions she had about her own experiences as a new parent were the same questions her postpartum doula asked some thirty years earlier. She is passionate about helping other parents find the resources and confidence they need in their parenting journey.

She is also the founder of HelloGaia Parenting Copilot, a tool that provides families with evidence-based support and fast, reliable answers anytime, from pregnancy to parenthood. HelloGaia uses trusted sources such as the American Academy of Pediatrics, March of Dimes, the US Centers for Disease Controls and Prevention, plus certified and experienced perinatal professionals.

Sarah also works in the technology industry as a startup consultant and enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters in the San Francisco Bay Area.
