Poland shot Russian suicide drones in a dramatic escalation after the deadly devices “repeatedly violate” his air space during a wild attack on Ukraine.

NATO -NATATION was forced to climb his air defenses in the early hours of Wednesday to shoot the imminent craft in what is said to have his first direct military involvement against Russian troops since the Ukraine war, reports the Daily Mail.

Arranging residents were urgently ordered to stay inside because the Polish forces “identified and neutralized the objects” in a tense military operation. The report emerges as a huge oil pipeline explodes in Russia.

Historical first collision between Poland and Putin’s forces

The military collision between Poland and Russia was the first of its kind since the brutal invasion of Ukraine in 2022 – a movement that was seen as a dangerous escalation by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Military Operation sparks mass airport closures

The armed forces confirmed that the military operation was underway and urged people to stay at home, to mention the regions of Podlaskie, Mazowieckie and Lublin, because most of them are at risk due to Putin’s drone threat.

“The operational command of the Polish forces is an eye on the situation and subordinate forces and units remain complete for an immediate response,” added ominously.

“I have constant contact with the president and the Minister of Defense. I have received a direct report from the operating commander.”

The airports are closed as the crisis gets deeper

Poland also closed four airports, including the most important Chopin Airport in Warsaw, according to the US Federal Aviation Administration, as the safety crisis deepened.

There was no official confirmation from the Polish authorities that all airports were closed in the middle of the chaos.

Andriy Yermak, head of the President of Ukraine’s office, gave a furious conviction: “Russia has launched many missiles and drone attacks continue, which pose a threat not just for our people.

“The terrorist country continues the war, although it constantly explains a desire for peace.”

Most important military hub focused in drone attack

The Rzeszow – Jasionka airport in southeastern Poland, a crucial hub for passenger and weapon transfer to Ukraine, was one of the airports that were temporarily closed, the FAA revealed.

They later confirmed that “drone-type objects” break the Polish air space and “surgery is underway aimed at identifying and neutralizing the objects.”

The authorities also warned citizens to “stay at home”, while their military operation was going on in scenes reminiscent of wartime.

The army added that the measures were preventive and focused on protecting citizens in regions that torn up on war.

Ukrainian armed forces publish drone -warning

Earlier, the Ukrainian Air Force said on the Telegram -app that drones went west and the city of Zamosc threatened in Poland.
