Alipurduar van West -Bengal is completely ready to welcome Prime Minister Narendra Modi today, who will lay the foundation stone for the City Gas Distribution (CGD) project in Alipurduar and Cooch Behar Districts.
The project, worth over RS 1010 Crore, is intended to deliver Piped Natural Gas (PNG) connections to more than 2.5 Lakh households and PNG deliver to more than 100 commercial branches and industries. It also offers compressed natural gas (CNG) on vehicle traffic by setting up approximately 19 CNG stations. It is expected to generate employment and promote clean energy in the region.
This initiative corresponds to the minimum work program (MWP) of the government and is expected to benefit the residents and companies of these districts.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi put the political agenda for the Saffron camp in Bengal on Wednesday by using X to accuse the prevailing Trinamool congress of corruption and mismanagement. In a message about X, PM Modi wrote: “I will appeal to a BJP West -Bengal Public Meeting in Alipurduar tomorrow afternoon. In the past decade, the various regulations of the NDA government are highly appreciated by the people of West Bengalen. At the same time they are tired of the corruption and poor administration of the TMC. @Bjp4.”
According to the Prime Minister’s office (PMO), the Prime Minister will also visit West Bengal, Bihar and Uttar Pradesh on 29 and 30 May, in which the foundation stones of development projects worth more than RS 70,000 crore are inaugurated and laid.
During his visit, PM MODI will inaugen, devote and lay the first stone of several development projects worth 70,000 crore.
In a social media post in which his visit was announced on Wednesday, PM Modi said: “In the next two days I will attend programs in Sikkim, West -Bengal, Bihar and Uttar Pradesh.
The development work that will start over the next two days will provide people with countless benefits and strengthen our determination to build a Viksit Bharat.
