One of the best feelings in the life of a baseball fan is when the top perspective of a team finally receives that call to the big competitions and quickly demonstrates why they belonged to one of the best young talents of the game.

Carson Williams gave fans that feeling during the weekend when the 22-year-old Shortstop was called on Thursday prior to the game. Williams did not arrive on time to play that day, but was placed in the starting line -up on Friday and certainly made the most out of his chance.

During his first board performance in the large competitions, Williams cut a ball on the left and then reached a throw error. He made much harder contact in his next time and while he hit a ball on the floor to the short stop Masyn Wynn of the Cardinals. Then in the 7th Williams would show his plus strength while he turned a 91 MPH Fastball and sent it to the right midfield. The ball would easily make the fence free and Williams now has his first main class -homerun and it came in his main class debut.

Williams generally hit this weekend .429 /,500/1,000 with the 1 hour more than 8 plate performances.
