Hello friends! Happy new year!! I hope everything is going well so far. I missed you guys. I feel like it’s been two weeks of holiday chaos and we also have a puppy! We have so much catching up to do, but I feel like I’m finally emerging from the piles of wrapping paper and cheese to get my life back on track π
For myself, I thought I would count today as the start of the new year. If it happens on a Thursday, I think you get a free pass for the rest of the week. While many of my daily routines will remain the same, I still have some big personal, health, and fitness goals that I’ll be sharing here tomorrow.
