PFL MADRID FULL CARD LOCKED FOR MARCH 20 AT THE PALACIO VISTALEGRE – REAL COMBAT MEDIA MMA

NEW YORK (February 13, 2026) – The Professional Fighters League (PFL) today announced the full card for PFL Madrid on Friday, March 20 at the Palacio Vistalegre in Madrid, Spain.
The latest additions to the card include former BKFC Lightweight Champion Franco “The King of the Street” Tenaglia (5-2), born in Argentina and trained in Alicante, Spain, who will make PFL his home with a big debut with PFL Madrid. On the other side of the cage is France’s Yassin “The Scientist” Najid (9-5), who comes to spoil the party for Tenaglia and his Spanish fans.

Also added to the card are two bantamweights who live and train in Spain, and will face off in Madrid. Moroccan born Reda “De Lynx” Abdellaoui (3-0), who lives in Tenerife and trains from Fight Club Moi Rui, faces Italy Ernesto “El Potro” Schisano (5-1), who lives in Madrid and trains from Kiofu.

PFL Madrid is led by PFL Middleweight World Champion Costello “The Spaniard” by Steenis (17-3), and will look to defend his title in Spain against the 2025 PFL Middleweight World Tournament Champion and No. 2 Middleweight Fabian “The Killer” Edwards (16-4).

Van Steenis, who represents Spain, will make his dream come true by bringing the PFL to Madrid as PFL World Champions. It follows his historic victory in Cape Town last July, when he snatched the title from the jaws of defeat when he submitted the previously undefeated king of the middleweight division, Johnny Eblen, with a rear naked choke in the final ten seconds of round five. Having previously beaten Fabian Edwards in a closely contested five-round split-decision win in 2020, he will go into the fight convinced he is too much for the Englishman.

Edwards won three straight fights in 2025 to become the PFL middleweight world tournament champion, with a knockout to the head heard around the world as he emphatically ended his rivalry with Dalton Rosta in the third round to take home the title. He will go to Madrid full of confidence, and after winning the first fight against Van Steenis on one judge’s scorecard, he will know he will have to leave everything in the cage if he wants to take the world title back to Birmingham.

Tickets for PFL Madrid are now available for purchase at pfl.info/madridand the event will be streamed live in the US on the ESPN App, exclusively for fans with access to an ESPN Unlimited Plan and Movistar Plus+ in Spain.
