Pantomath Financial Services Group, one of the largest mid-market financial conglomerates, has appointed ABHishek Gupta as managing director & Chief Customer Officer.
With more than 25 years of different experience in financial services, retail and telecom, Gupta has built up a reputation for shaping iconic brands, stimulating customer-first growth strategies and managing large-scale marketing transformations.
He will lead marketing, communication and customer experiences in the flags of the group, including Pantomath Capital Advisors, The Wealth Company and Asit C Mehta Investment Intermediates, among others.
Before he came to Pantomath, he was director and chief marketing officer at Edelweiss Life Insurance for more than seven years. His leadership career also includes senior roles in Edelweiss Group, the Mobilestore and Bharti Retail.
