The third panel discussion as part of ‘Coimbatore Unlimited 3.0’, a series of events presented by G Square and driven by The Hinduwill be held in Coimbatore on August 22 on “Defining the growing process of Coimbatore with integrated townships”.
Tamil Nadu is arranged as the most urbanized state in India. According to the 2011 census, the percentage of urbanization in Tamil Nadu was 48.45% and according to the latest projections, the percentage of urbanization in Tamil Nadu reached 63% in 2021.
Apart from Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai and Tiruchi see growth. Integrated townships can be developed as smart cities that offer a high quality of life and connectivity and spread the development. Experts will discuss the scope and benefits of integrated townships in Coimbatore and how such Township projects can define the future growth of the city and a larger Coimbatore area in residential, commercial and retail spaces.
