Palantir removes journalists who look at demonstration – Talking Biz News

Palantir threatened to call the police on a wired reporter and kicked other journalists from a recent conference after reports about the work of the Data analysis agency with the Trump administration, reports Caroline Haskins of wired.

Haskins reports: “On Tuesday, a Palantir employee threatened to call the police on a wired journalist who viewed software demonstrations at AI+ Expo. The conference organized by the Special Competitive Studies Project, a think tank set up by former Google CEO Eric Schmidt.

“Later that day, Palantir Conference Security had that at least three other journalists removed-Jack Poulson, writer of the All-Source Intelligence Substack; Max Blumenthal, who writes and publishes the Grayzone; and Jessica Le Masurier, a repanting Hall, says Poulson.

“The movement came after Palantir spokespersons began to publicly condemn Recent New York Times Report Titled ‘Trump Taper Palantir to collect data about Americans published on 30 May. Wired previously reported The so -called Ministry of Government Efficiency (Doge) of Elon Musk built a head database to investigate and follow immigrants. Wired also has reported That the Doge helped with an IRS data project and collaborated to build a ‘mega-api’. “
